We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, offshore islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees

• Orders under $100: $19.90 shipping fee
• Orders of $100 or more: Free shipping

Taxes

No additional taxes or duties will be charged on your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status until delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related delays or losses.
