Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
We accept both returns for eligible items within the return window.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Important)
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After verification, we will offer either:
- A free replacement (exchange), or
- A full refund
We will resolve these cases as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Return & Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us with your order number and issue details
- We will review your request and provide a Return Label and return instructions
- We will also provide the return address for sending the item back
- Ship the item back using the provided return label
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or exchange
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method & Arrival Time
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Shipping Costs & Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, size preference, or not needed anymore), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
