Shipping

Q1: Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.

Q2: Which carrier do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Q3: How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Q4: What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST), or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Q5: How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the United States.

Q6: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100 are charged a $19.90 shipping fee.

Q7: Will I be charged taxes or duties?
No. There are no additional taxes or duties applied to your order.

Q8: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.


Returns & Refunds

Q1: What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Q2: What conditions must be met for a return?
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Q3: Are all items eligible for return?
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Q4: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Q5: How do I start a return?
Contact customer service with your order number and issue details. We will provide return instructions and a return label. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Q6: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Q7: Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Q8: Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
